At Hornchurch there is a massive emphasis on having high standards every day, players have weekly jobs to complete. We look to promote players into the first through going into train first. Promote our players to other non-league teams if they can’t get into our first team.
Also very big on video analysis, videoing games, training, classroom, gym and interviews.
